1 – Brampton Acro Ropers

Established in 1987, the Brampton Acro Ropers compete in regional, provincial, national and international competitions. The Brampton Acro Ropers are composed of energetic and enthusiastic eight to eighteen year olds who love the challenge and fun of this competitive sport. In recent years, the team has travelled throughout Canada and the U.S. to attend competitions and elite jump rope workshops.

2 – Essex Energizers

The Essex Energizers are a recreational and competitive jump rope program based out of Essex County.

3 – Georgian Jumpers

The Georgian Jumpers are a jump rope team based in Parry Sound, Ontario, which is the world-renowned jewel of the 30,000 islands on Georgian Bay. The club was formed in 1999 – that makes us over 20 years old!
Our coaches work hard to train our athletes to compete in competitions all over Canada.

4 – Jumpsations

Jumpsations, a non-profit jump rope club, has been a vital part of the Hamilton recreational sports forum once it was founded in 2000. They offer recreational and competitive jump rope programs for local residents. They also perform demonstrations at local events as well as at businesses and schools.
They are renowned for not only the talent and success they are able to develop in the competitive sport of jump rope, but also for their commitment to showcasing jump rope as a healthy, accessible and fun recreational activity for both children and adults within their community

5 – Jump Dance Fit Academy

Jump Dance Fit Academy is the only dance and jump rope studio in the Burlington – Milton – Oakville area. They offer afterschool jump rope and dance classes, recreationally and competitively.
They are dedicated to being accessible to everyone. You don’t have to be a natural athlete to join the classes. Anyone can participate and have fun with them!

6 – Kingston Revolutions

Kingston Revolutions are taking a short break from programming.

7 – KW Jump Rope

ORSO’s newest team, established in 2023, KW Jump Rope is a recreational and competitive jump rope team based in Kitchener-Waterloo.

8 – Lincoln Leapers

The Lincoln Leapers jump rope team is a not-for-profit organization established in 1982 as a small elementary school club. The Lincoln Leapers were the first competitive jump rope team in Canada and they played a fundamental rope in the development of the sport across the country. For over 40 years the Lincoln Leapers have grown into one of the largest and most decorated jump rope teams, holding Provincial, National and World titles.
